It started as a glimmer in a yellow lab’s eyes and continues as an evolving adventure. The idea for Canine Rehabilitation & Conditioning Group (CRCG) started with Indy, a yellow lab who loved to swim. There were few clean and safe places in the Denver metro area to let her swim, and certainly nothing indoors. After Indy passed away from bone cancer, Clark came along and subsequently developed a shoulder problem. Not wanting to do surgery, I searched for other options and was able to successfully rehabilitate Clark’s shoulder with Marty Pease, a physical therapist that was certified in canine rehabilitation. Thus, the CRCG business concept was launched. Marty and I opened the Englewood location in 2005 and continue to strive to offer the best options for canine rehabilitation in Colorado. My black lab Fletcher is now the CRCG poster dog. He joined our family at 8 years of age and was weighing in at 130 lbs. He is now sporting a trim 80 lbs and living out his senior years with all the hydrotherapy and rehabilitation services to support him. You may see him during one of your visits to CRCG.
